Right of Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with original labels and packaging. The garments must not have been used, washed or damaged.
Return Procedure
To make a return, follow these steps:
1. Completing the Return Form:
Please fill out the online return form, available in the “My Account” section on our site, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Packing:
Please enter the items to be returned in their original packaging, along with the completed return form. Ensure the package is well sealed to avoid damage during transport.
3. Return Shipping:
Ship the package to our returns centre using the prepaid shipping label that you will find inside the package. Alternatively, you can choose a courier at your expense, keeping proof of shipment until confirmation of receipt by us.
Return Costs
Return is free if you use the prepaid shipping label provided. Otherwise, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We do not accept returns shipped with payment on delivery.
Refund
Once we have received the return, and after verifying that the items meet the required conditions, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase. The refund will be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the return. In the case of payment by credit card, the time to display the refund will depend on the policies of the issuing company.
