Shipping and Delivery

1. Processing time:

The drops will always take place on Friday, so that you can prepare the orders on the weekend so that then everyone starts on the Monday of the following week.

In the event that you place your order every other day of the week, Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped immediately after, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment of your order

2. Delivery time:

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days.

3. Shipping Cost:

Standard shipping is free on orders over 50€. For lower orders, the cost is 5€. Express shipping has a fixed cost of €10.

4. Order tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order.

5. Returns and exchanges:

Returns are free within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange process, please visit our dedicated section.

6. Shipping Destinations:

We ship throughout Italy and to the main countries of the European Union. Additional charges may apply for international shipments.

7. Responsibilities:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. However, we will do our best to assist you in case of any problems.
